Terms for installers listed on Scottish Solar Hub. Last updated: September 2026.
Eligibility
Listings are for businesses that install, maintain or advise on solar and related renewable energy systems in Scotland.
Accuracy
You are responsible for the information in your listing, including accreditation numbers, insurance and warranties. Only list accreditations you currently hold, and tell us promptly if anything changes.
Review and removal
We review listings before publishing and may decline, edit or remove a listing, for example if information cannot be verified or we receive complaints.
Photos and content
You confirm you have the right to use the logo, photos and text you submit, and allow us to display them in the directory.
Quote requests
If we pass you a customer's request, use their details only to respond to that request and handle them in line with data protection law.

Our role
Scottish Solar Hub is a directory. We are not a party to any contract between installers and customers.
